A: Yes! Domestic shipping is always free.

Q: Why isn't international shipping free?

A: I use stamps rather than shipping labels to significantly cut the cost of international postage prices on light letter mail. However, I am still unable to add a free international shipping option to orders at this time.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: I process orders in 1 - 3 business days. Your order will ship within this time frame upon purchase.

Q: I haven't received my order. What should I do?

A: Orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to be delivered. I always advise waiting about 2 weeks before reaching out about undelivered orders. Keep in mind time of year - holidays may slow things down.

Q: How do I get help regarding an order?

A: Navigate to the "Contact" page using the main menu and fill out the contact form along with your order number.

Q: When can I expect a reply to my email?

A: I check and respond to emails Monday through Friday roughly 8 AM - 4 PM (ET). I will get back to you asap.

Q: Who manufactures Doctor Scribble products?

A: I make all of my vinyl stickers "in house". Other products such as beanies, bumper magnets, and patches are produced with the help of manufacturing partners.

Q: Where can I stick my vinyl stickers?

A: Doctor Scribble vinyl stickers are water resistant and UV resistant. However, prolonged exposure to harsh sun and the elements are not recommended. (i.e use on vehicles will cause faster fading and is not recommended but don't let me stop you!)

Q: Is Doctor Scribble currently open to social media collaborations?

A: Yes! I currently have wholesale pricing for all my vinyl stickers available upon email request. I am working toward making all of my products wholesale-ready and available through Faire online marketplace at the start of 2025.
